Return & Exhange Policy

Please visit our Return & Exchange Portal for all of your returns/refunds/ and exchange's.

At Littho, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange process outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus applicable fees). After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Items that are Final Sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale merchandise

  • Gifts with purchase

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition without scuffs, scratches, odors, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Fees and Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is applied to all approved refunds.

  • Processing & Handling Fee: If you opt to use a prepaid return label provided by Littho, a $3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers shipping, packaging, inspection, and processing.

Customers who use their own shipping method are not charged the processing & handling fee.

Littho will only cover the cost of return shipping if:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns postmarked after this period will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items. To begin an exchange, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal.


Gifts With Purchase

Free gifts included in your order are yours to keep and do not need to be returned. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges and have no monetary value.

If a return is made on the qualifying product, Littho reserves the right to adjust the refund amount if the promotional item was abused or improperly claimed.


Bonus Credit Policy

When selecting Store Credit as your refund method, you’ll receive a 10% bonus in addition to the value of your return.
This credit is issued as a digital gift card once the return is approved and can be used immediately on any future purchase.

Bonus credits are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not redeemable for cash


Defective or Incorrect Items

All products are inspected before shipping. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact support@littho.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

While not required, photos or videos may help expedite the resolution process. We will correct any mistakes promptly and at no additional cost.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your credit card company and/or bank — processing times may vary
