Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During new drops, launches, or sales, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
How do I track my order?
You can track your package anytime using our tracking portal:

My order says “Delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
Please:
- Wait 24 hours after the delivery scan.
- Check with neighbors, family, or your leasing office.
- Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If it still hasn’t shown up, email us at support@littho.com — we’ll help guide next steps.

What are your shipping options and rates?
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 Business Days $5.95
- UPS Ground: 1–4 Business Days $8.95
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 Business Days $18.95
- FedEx Express Saver: 1 Business Day $25.00
- FedEx Priority Overnight: Overnight Guaranteed $39.95

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping will be added soon! Join our newsletter to stay updated.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact support@littho.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We’ll take care of it right away.
What’s your return policy?
You can start a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to a small handling/restocking fee.

How long do returns take to process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
Do you offer free returns?
Prepaid return labels are only provided if the item was incorrect or defective.
Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (plus the small handling fee).
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes — exchanges are available for items of equal value, if in stock.

Pre-Orders
How long do pre-orders take to ship?
Most pre-orders ship within 7–9 weeks after purchase, depending on production schedules.
The estimated ship date is always listed on the product page, and we’ll email you once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel a pre-order?
Yes — you can modify or cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, it goes into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
I ordered both in-stock and pre-order items. How will they ship?
If your cart includes both, they may ship separately depending on availability.
You’ll receive separate tracking updates for each package.
