1. Order Processing

In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During new drops, sales, or restocks, processing may take 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link.

4. Pre-Orders
We offer pre-orders on select items. Below are the key details:
Estimated Shipping Timeframe
Most pre-orders ship within 7–9 weeks after your purchase, depending on production schedules.
The estimated ship date will always be listed on the product page. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your pre-order ships.
Changes or Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, your order goes into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Mixing In-Stock + Pre-Order Items
If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
We’ll always send updates and tracking details for each shipment.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

Littho is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Need a correction? Contact support@littho.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked as Delivered, Littho is not liable for lost or stolen items.
If your package arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review your case and help with a replacement or refund if applicable.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Littho ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned for updates via email or SMS.
